Asian Rugby

Asian resion is the weakest area in the world, however Asian resion is inportant for future rugby because many people are living. So World Rugby decided to try to do rugby world cup 2019 in Japan.
世界の人口の半分を占めるアジア地区は、残念ながらラグビーが最も弱い地域です。ラグビーの更なる普及にはアジアで盛り上がらないとと言う想いもあり、2019ラグビー・ワールドカップが日本にやって来ます。

The rugby world cup is dong every four years, it makes champion in the world. The Regional Qualifying are doing Africa, Americas, Europe, Oceania and Asia.
Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan entry 20 teams. Twelve teams qualified directly by virtue of finishing in the top three of their respective pools at RWC 2015 in England, champions New Zealand, hosts Japan, Australia, South Africa, Argentina, France, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Georgia, England, and Italy.
The participating team are from 1xAfrica, 2xAmericas, 1xEurope, 2xOceanai, 1xEurope/Oceania, and 1xrepechage.
The qualified are rugby world cup in 2019 teams rejected best twelve teams in RWC 2015, Africa champion, America champion and silver medal, Europe champion, Oceania champion and silver medal, the winner of Europe silver medal or Oceania bronze medal and the winner of Africa silver medal, America bronze medal, the loser of Europe silver medal or Oceania bronze medal and Asian champion.
The some resion qulified already finished America chmpion is USA, silver medal is Uruguay, Europe champion is Romania, Oceania champion is Fiji and Oceania silver medal is Tonga.

ラグビーのワールドカップは4年毎に開催されて、世界一を決めます。世界各国が本戦出場を目指して世界中で予選が行われます。全世界をアフリカ、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、オセアニア、アジアの地域に分けて本戦出場国を決定します。

本戦出場は20ヵ国で前回大会の上位12ヵ国が予選無しで出場出来ます。前回大会(2015イングランド大会)の上位12ヵ国は、優勝のニュージーランド、開催国の日本、準優勝のオーストラリア、3位の南アフリカ、4位のアルゼンチン、準々決勝敗退のフランス、スコットランド、ウェールズ、アイルランドです。一次リーグの各組3位のジョージア、イングランド、イタリアの計12ヵ国が予選免除で本戦出場します。

予選免除の残りの8枠をめぐって全世界で予選が行われています。出場枠は、ヨーロッパx1、アメリカx2、アフリカx1、オセアニアx2、ヨーロッパ/オセアニアx1、アジア含む全世界x1となっています。

予選免除の本戦出場国を除いて、アフリカの1位、アメリカの1位と2位、ヨーロッパの1位、オセアニアの1位と2位、ヨーロッパ2位とオセアニア3位の勝者、そしてアフリカの2位、アメリカの3位、ヨーロッパ2位とオセアニア3位の敗者、アジアの1位の勝者が本戦に出場します。

既に、アメリカの1位はアメリカ、2位はウルグアイ、ヨーロッパの1位はルーマニア、オセアニアの1位はフィジー、2位はトンガに決定しています。

In fact, the Asian champion cannot entry only winner of in Asia. Japan is only one country of enterd in rugby world cup. Japan is strongest team in Asia now, however it was difficult to be Asian champion before 15 years ago.
つまりアジア枠は、開催国の日本が前回大会12位以内となっているので、アジアで1位になっても、それだけでは出場出来ないのです。アジアでラグビー・ワールドカップに出場したことのあるのは、日本だけです。第一回大会から出場している日本は、凄いことです。アジアではダントツに強い日本ですが、かつてはそんなに差はありませんでした。
