For 2023, Namibia got the ticket for Rugby World Cup 2023 from champion of Africa Cup 2021 and 4 champions played tournament game with Kenya, Zimbabwe and Argeria in July 2022.
2023予選、ナミビアがラグビー・ワールドカップ2023に出場します。アフリカ・カップ2021で優勝し、2022年7月に各ブロック優勝のケニア、ジンバブエとアルジェリアでトーナメント戦を行い優勝しました。

Rugby world cup is every four years. The twenty teams play in Rugby world cup 2019 in Japan. The top twelve teams in Rugby world cup 2015 in England and the remaining eight teams will be determined by a process of regional and cross-regional qualifiers.
4年に一度の祭典・ラグビー・ワールドカップ2019日本大会の出場国は全部で20チーム。前回の第七回大会(2015イングランド)の上位12チームと世界各地域の予選を勝ち抜いた8チームが出場します。

The repechage tournament will feature four teams playing in a round-robin format with Kenya that is Africa 2nd. prize, Canada that is 3rd. prize in America because Canada lost against USA and Uruguay, Germany that is the loser of Europe/Oceania play off and Hong Kong that is Asia/Oceania play off winner. This tournament will play at Marseilles, France in November.
最後の敗者復活戦1枠は、アフリカ地区2位のケニア、アメリカ地区はアメリカ、ウルグアイに敗れてしまったカナダ、ヨーロッパ/オセアニア地区敗者のドイツ、アジア/オセアニア代表の香港の4チームの総当たり戦で争われます。11月にフランス・マルセイユで行われます。

Asia/Oceania play off will play Hong Kong that is the champion of the Asia Rugby Championship 2018(excluding Japan) against Cook island that is the champion of the Oceania Cup on 30/6 and on 7/7. Hong Kong won 2 games then they will go to the repechage tournament.
